He was born in New Hampshire, USA. He came to the Philippines in 1965 and did missionary work in Isabela province, after which he joined the academe as University Chaplain.
He left the priesthood and in 1978 received his dispensation from his vows from Rome.
He is a man who loves adventure and is not afraid to try new things. This shows in the varied project he has pioneered. He was born on the 26th of August 1936. His primary and intermediate years were spent at the St. Augustine School in Manchester, New Hampshire. His Secondary school were at the La Salette Seminary at Enfield, New Emphire. For his novitiate, the La Salette Seminary at East Brewster, Massachusettes and Center Harbor, Hew Hampshire became his home.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and began Masteral Degree units in Clinical Psychology at Ateneo de Manila University.
